By using Tide & Imprint or Tide & Imprint features, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Catalog descriptions, prices, availability notes, technique guidance, and editorial content are provided for general information and may be corrected or updated without notice.

3. Demonstration tools

Favorites and cart quantities are browser-based demonstrations. They do not create an account, reserve inventory, charge a payment method, or place a binding order.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at unreasonable volume, submit malicious code, or impersonate another person.

5. Intellectual property

Tide & Imprint names, copy, layout, marks, and original instructional material belong to Tide & Imprint or its licensors. You may read and use the site for personal purposes, but may not reproduce its content commercially without written permission.

6. User submissions

When you send a message, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not contain unlawful, abusive, or confidential third-party material. You grant permission for us to use it only to provide support and operate the service.

7. Safety and disclaimers

Wax, heat, and tealights require care. Follow product instructions, work on a stable heat-resistant surface, and keep materials away from children and flammable objects. Tide & Imprint does not guarantee a particular creative result.

8. Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Tide & Imprint is not responsible for indirect losses arising from site use. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated effective date.
